Shipping costs for orders to Greece are set as follows.
 1. FREE for orders over € 30
 2. €2 for orders up to € 29.99 

For Pick Up  from our Piazza Shoes store: 
You can pick up your order from our physical store without any charge. As soon as the order you have completed through our Piazzashoes.gr online store is ready for pick up, we will inform you via SMS or Viber & email so that you can come and collect it. All orders will be released after 3 days from the date of sending the confirmation email.

Cyprus:

Our products in Cyprus are sent by the courier company Kronos Express to your place (At the address you will enter when completing the order).

The shipping cost for orders to Cyprus is €4  



Abroad:

Our products abroad are sent with the courier company DHL and there are the following methods of receipt .
You can receive your order at your place by choosing courier/postal delivery. As soon as the order is completed and your package is ready for shipping, you will be informed by email with the shipping number.

           Shipping Time

All orders are served by our store within working days and hours. The following time may be modified in case of holidays, public holidays and events of force majeure.

Land & island destinations :1-4 working days
Inaccessible areas : 1-5 working days

Cyprus:
All orders are collected and dispatched from our store every Wednesday by 12:00 and delivery time is 5 to 12 days
*working days are calculated from the day the parcel is sent (Changes/returns are at the customer's expense)

Abroad:

All orders are collected and dispatched immediately and delivery time is from 1-5 working days.

We remind you that the shipping amount is not credited in the case of a refund. Our store PiazzaShoes.gr is responsible for the transport & delivery of your products. After receiving it, the responsibility is transferred to you. Also, in cases of product returns, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Returns
Product Exchange
If the product you receive doesn't satisfy you in size or design, you can exchange it within 14 calendar days after the day that you received it.

Greece
The cost of exchange is 5€

Cyprus/ Abroad
Exchange of products for Cyprus and abroad happens only with charge of the customer and with use of a Courier.

During periods were offers and/or sales are active the exchange of products is done using the current prices.

Requirements for valid exchange:
The product(s) must be in mint condition, just as they arrived, they should not have been worn, they should have all the labels still attached without any damages. stains or other alterations.
Furthermore, the product(s) should be returned in its original packaging and should the product have arrived with any additional protective packaging the protective packaging must be included in the return because it is considered a part of the product.
The product(s) should have been ordered via Piazzashoes.gr
In case that more than one product is being exchanged from one order all the products that you wish to exchange from said order should be included in the returning package.

In case you wish to exchange the products, you should contact us via telephone in 2109940675 or via email within the allotted time. (Email can be found under our contact us column in the website)After you contact us regarding your exchange, please place the products in their packaging and wrap the package with the wrapping paper or plastic bag for them to arrive in mint condition.

Return of products

Refunds occur only for orders via our e-shop.
Bank deposits are done using our accounts in Piraeus Bank and Alpha Bank, there might be a commission taken from the refunded amount by the bank. Piazza Shoes is not obligated to pay for that commission which is received by the customer’s bank.

Refunds are NOT GIVEN on our physical store.
